WHAT IS Sharab Shurbs??

Sharab Shrubs was created in 2016 by Alex Zweber out of Minneapolis, MN. Shrubs, also known as drinking vinegars, have been gaining popularity in the craft cocktail and culinary world. Zweber started creating different shrubs from different seasonal fruit to be used throughout the year. Originally used predominantly in cocktails, Zweber soon found uses for shrubs in non-alcoholic beverages, marinades, vinaigrettes and sauces. Sharab Shrubs is proud to provide you with quality shrubs made from the freshest ingredients.

Lulu's Crêpes & Croissants is owned and operated by Hayley Walsh, along with her amazing family & friends. We are based out of Minnesota's north metro. Hayley has been in the pastry industry since she graduated from The French Pastry School of Chicago in 2020. It is our mission to bring joy, a fun atmosphere, and great food to every customer!
